Job Summary
Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, refrigeration, and ice machines while troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and minor plumbing issues. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines, maintain service logs, and coordinate with vendors for major repairs. Uphold interior and exterior facilities including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and dining areas to support inspection readiness for health, safety, and brand standards. Communicate clearly with General Managers on equipment status and priorities. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Available for early morning or off-hours maintenance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently
- Able to prioritize effectively
- Able to communicate clearly with non-technical teams
- Available for early morning or off-hours maintenance as needed
