Job Summary
Supervise daily restaurant operations, manage staffing levels, and assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods. Maintain sanitation standards, review food and beverage policies, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and liquor regulations. Lead the team by modeling behaviors, coaching employees, and developing training plans to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance. Handle guest complaints, analyze service results, and oversee departmental goals to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
