Job Summary
Line Cook – Hot Side at Urban Plates is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of high-quality foods on the restaurant's Hot Side, including Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise stations, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. The role emphasizes working with fresh, from-scratch ingredients, following established procedures, and delivering visually appealing plates.
