Job Summary
Receive food orders, prepare dishes, and present ordered items while maintaining proper portion control. Set up the kitchen station daily to ensure tools are accessible, and handle, store, and rotate all products correctly. Maintain stock, cut, and store perishables daily to ensure quality, and complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists. Take responsibility for product quality and perform general cleaning tasks using assigned products to adhere to health standards. One year of food service experience required.
Required Qualifications
- One year minimum experience working in food service environment
- Verbal and written communication is essential
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
