Job Summary
Prepare, garnish, and present ordered items by following recipes and practicing portion control. Maintain proper kitchen and station setup daily while handling, storing, and rotating all products. Ensure product quality by managing stock, cutting, and storage of perishables. Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required. Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard products to adhere to health standards. Work $14.00/hour plus tips with comprehensive benefits including 401K matching and an employee meal plan. One year of food service experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- One year minimum experience working in food service environment
- Verbal and written communication is essential
- Basic mathematical skills
