Job Summary
Coach Crew Members to execute operational standards and deliver a great guest experience by setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing timely feedback. Deploy team members to meet service needs while monitoring performance for quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Communicate goals, hold members accountable, and reinforce systems to control labor and food costs. Resolve guest problems with urgency and report equipment issues to the General Manager. Ensure marketing initiatives and all policies are properly executed throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Supervisory Experience Necessary (In a restaurant field)
- Guest Focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
