Job Summary
Lead shifts of 25–35 Team Members while maintaining food safety, quality, and exceptional guest experiences. Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members through training and mentorship to build a culture of teamwork and accountability. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory while identifying and nurturing future leaders. Demonstrate servant leadership by prioritizing people and resolving conflicts effectively. Full-time role (40–50 hours, Mon–Sat) with weekend availability required. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $30.00 hourly, with leadership progression opportunities up to $65,000 annually.
