Job Summary
Restaurant Leader responsible for strategic direction and operational excellence at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Drives sales and profit growth, develops and upholds culture, and ensures standards across staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management. Acts as manager on duty, oversees opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Leads financial and operational performance, including forecasting and budgeting, while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Requires ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifts, including travel for training. Preferred background includes 5+ years in restaurant/retail management, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; some college experience and restaurant opening/marketing experience are a plus.
