Job Summary
The Restaurant Leader is responsible for strategic direction and operation standards at Raising Cane’s, driving sales and profit growth through people development, teaching and modeling culture, and upholding company standards for crewmembers, customers, and partners. The role oversees forecasting and budgeting, compliance with policies and laws, hiring and terminating management-level staff, creating work and training schedules, performance management, and acting as manager on duty (opening/closing, cash handling). It requires maintaining profitability and operational excellence, enforcing policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving metric targets. Candidates should have 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, flexibility to work varied shifts, and a high school diploma (some college preferred). Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and travel for work-related functions and training; a valid driver’s license is required.
