Job Summary
Restaurant Leader is responsible for strategic direction for the restaurant, maintaining operations standards, and driving results through people development, sales and profit growth. The role involves teaching, modeling and upholding Raising Cane’s culture standards for crewmembers, customers and partners, forecasting and budgeting, ensuring compliance with company standards and laws, hiring and terminating management-level crewmembers, creating work and training schedules, developing management-level staff, acting as manager on duty, managing cash handling, monitoring profit and loss, and achieving performance metrics. The position requires detail orientation, strong communication and leadership abilities, comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and proficiency with technology systems including Microsoft Office. Requires 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), and the ability to work varied shifts and travel for training and work-related functions.
