Restaurant Leader responsible for strategic direction, operations standards, people development, sales and profit growth; manages staffing, scheduling, performance, and compliance; oversees P&L, cash handling, and customer service in a fast-paced environment; culture and standards uphold Raising Cane’s values, including opening/closing responsibilities, shift deployment, and training of crewmembers; requires 5+ years of management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; ability to work various shifts and travel for training.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
