Job Summary
Restaurant Leader Trainee leads and develops store-level teams with a focus on customer service excellence, training, coaching, and promoting internal leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to health department standards and company policies, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, and using P&L/store reports to drive improvements. Strong communication, intrapersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; prior restaurant management experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- experience with P&L and store reporting
- ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs
- proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- ability to multi-task and handle physical duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds)
