Job Summary
Restaurant Leader Trainee will oversee and develop restaurant-level operations under a store-management umbrella, focusing on customer service leadership, coaching and training of staff, merchandising and marketing program execution, and using P&L/store reports to drive improvements. The role emphasizes internal advancement with a strong promotion-from-within culture, and requires supervisory experience, restaurant-management know-how, and the ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, ensure compliance with Health Department Standards, and lift up to 50 pounds. A High School diploma or GED is preferred (or equivalent restaurant-management experience). Required Qualifications

- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of restaurant management experience
