Job Summary
Restaurant Leader Trainee position at 7-Eleven in Weslaco, TX. Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees; focus on developing leaders, empowering staff, and maintaining store standards. Responsible for restaurant condition, Health Department compliance, merchandising and marketing program execution, and using P&L/store reports to drive operational changes. Requires strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with physical duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
- Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
