Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee

Restaurant Leader Trainee role at 7-Eleven with emphasis on developing supervisory and leadership capabilities within the restaurant management team. Responsibilities include providing customer service leadership, training and coaching for all restaurant employees, focusing on high retention through development of future leaders, overseeing restaurant conditions and compliance with company policies and Health Department standards, implementing merchandising and marketing programs, and using store reports/P&L to drive improvements. Strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and ensuring excellent customer service; prior supervisory experience preferred, with a High School diploma or GED preferred, and at least one year of restaurant management experience considered in lieu of formal education.
