Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee

Restaurant Leader Trainee leading store operations as part of a restaurant management team. Responsibilities include providing customer service leadership, training and coaching employees, overseeing merchandising and marketing programs, and using P&L and store reports to drive improvements. Ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies; manage store conditions and promote high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to oversee and implement store-wide programs within a fast-paced retail environment. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft products is preferred.
