Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee

Restaurant Leader Trainee will oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all restaurant staff, with focus on developing leaders, maintaining high retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department standards. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising and marketing programs, using P&L and store reports to drive improvements, and communicating effectively. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) and excellent verbal/written communication are required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience. The role emphasizes promoting from within and advancing through the store-management ladder.
