Job Summary
Restaurant Leader Trainee/Manager-in-Training focused on overseeing restaurant operations as part of a management team. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, delivering customer service leadership, developing leaders, and implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements, ensure adherence to health department standards, and maintain store conditions aligned with company policies. Strong oral and written communication, intrapersonal skills, and computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel) are required. Multi-tasking with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is expected. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with restaurant management experience are welcomed. Competitive pay range of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
