Job Summary
Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane’s is responsible for strategic direction, maintaining operations standards, and driving results through people development, sales and profit growth. The role involves teaching, modeling and upholding Raising Cane’s culture standards for crewmembers, customers and partners, opening and closing responsibilities, cash handling, staffing and scheduling, performance management, and ensuring financial and operational performance in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to varied temperatures and food products. The position requires leading shift execution, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and achieving metrics across crewmember and operations performance while delivering exemplary customer service and managing resources and constraints as the business evolves.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
