Restaurant Leader responsible for coaching and leading a Chick-fil-A team, balancing on-floor and off-floor leadership, implementing coaching and disciplinary conversations, and creating systems in the restaurant while upholding safety and cleanliness. Needs 3 years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's Degree, hospitality experience, and a track record of building and developing teams; will conduct high-level business meetings and lead guests and team members through service excellence, with emphasis on safety, policies, and leading by example.
