Job Summary
Zandras Taqueria seeks a Restaurant Lead Manager to oversee operations, maintain food and safety standards, and lead staff at its Manassas and Haymarket locations. Requires 3 years restaurant experience and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have Front of the House experience
- Must have Back of House experience
- Technical proficiency with online delivery and carry out apps
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted and 50 lbs. with assistance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work at both the Manassas and Haymarket locations depending on restaurant schedule
- Expected to work long hours during peak periods, evenings, and weekends
