Job Summary
Lead in Training position in Los Angeles (Arts District) for Tatsu Ramen LLC. Supports shift operations, learns FOH and BOH functions, ensures food safety and quality, conducts health-related checks, and helps develop leadership skills. Compensation is $21.75/hour plus tips; full-time with flexible hours and potential for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in FOH or BOH
- Must be in good standing with the company at time of application (internally only)
- Candidate must not have been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the last 6 months (internally only)
- Able to work flexible hours
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to develop leadership skills and grow within the company
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
