Job Summary
The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, upholding brand standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience through scratch cooking and artisanal American fare. Responsibilities include inventory management, ordering, and overseeing key P&L lines, while leading and developing a high-performing team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of health codes and certifications, with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
