Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards through scratch cooking and guest-focused hospitality. Manage inventory, ordering, and P&L responsibilities while leading and developing a high-energy team dedicated to execution and hospitality. Maintain compliance with local health codes and leverage tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word to optimize operations; foster a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment; collaborate with franchise partners where applicable and drive financial performance through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word familiarity
- Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge of local/state health codes
