Job Summary
Kitchen-focused leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-volume kitchen, driving guest satisfaction through scratch cooking and artisanal American cuisine, managing inventory and ordering, and ensuring key P&L metrics are met. Leads a team with strong communication and hospitality-driven service, fostering development and accountability, while adhering to health codes and certification requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling and workforce systems supports efficient operations; availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays to support restaurant needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules (preferred)
- Knowledge of local/state health codes (preferred)
