Job Summary
As Hospitality Manager, lead Front-of-the-House operations and cultivate a warm, positive dining environment; hire and develop Co-workers, oversee human and financial resources, ensure food quality, production standards, safety, and labor efficiency; drive profitability and guest satisfaction in a high-volume casual-dining setting; implement company procedures, build team through Training programs (CBT, Fast Tracks, Safe Tracks), and participate in budget planning and inventory control; oversee back-of-the-house production with adherence to menu matrices and PDE targets, conduct pre-shift meetings, and travel locally as needed to support restaurant operations. Must have strong management experience, education in business/hospitality, complete Golden Corral’s management training, and obtain CKM certification within six months; position requires a valid driver’s license and ability to work a demanding schedule (55-58 hours/week) at a franchise location.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years’ management experience in operations in a high volume restaurant
- Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality
- Successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program
- Must complete the Certified Kitchen Manager (CKM) certification within six months of assignment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
