Restaurant Hourly Associate Manager

Manage daily restaurant operations by overseeing guest experience, speed of service, and food presentation while making real-time adjustments. Build sales, manage the restaurant budget, and control inventory, costs, cash flow, and quality standards. Lead by example to motivate and retain team members through engagement, training, and coaching while identifying talent. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are executed and assist with local store marketing opportunities. Requires minimum one year of restaurant management experience.
