Restaurant Hotel Retail Management - Program Chair

Develop curriculum for the Restaurant, Hotel, and Retail Management department while supervising faculty recruitment, orientation, and training. Provide hiring and promotion recommendations to the Campus Dean and exercise independent judgment on administrative matters. Organize student orientations, graduation ceremonies, and Program Advisory Committee meetings while monitoring and controlling student attrition. Research technological changes in the field and teach courses as required. Direct the work of all employees in the academic program and assist the Campus Dean in implementing program objectives. Travel as needed and perform assigned special projects.
