Job Summary
Greet, seat, and escort guests while managing reservations and maintaining an accurate waitlist and seating chart. Oversee dining room flow during service, relay information to managers, and balance guest distribution among stations. Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and assist servers and bus persons as needed to maintain efficiency. Work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds and moving well-paced for up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Desired Qualifications
