Restaurant Host - Saudi Only

Provide courteous, professional service to guests in the hotel's restaurant outlet, ensuring a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, upsell menu items, and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. Operate the POS system, follow hotel policies and safety guidelines, keep the workspace clean and organized, assist with opening/closing procedures, maintain guest history and reservations, coordinate with related departments, attend trainings, and contribute to staff meetings. Role involves adhering to Kempinski’s standards and grooming policies, with focus on delivering consistent guest satisfaction in a Saudi-only, on-site capacity.
