Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests, manage seating assignments, and coordinate with wait staff to ensure efficient service. Answer phones, track seat availability, and assist bar personnel while maintaining an organized entrance area. Clean the host zone and reset tables as needed, ensuring the safety and security of all employees and customers. This union role requires a flexible schedule with potential extended hours, standing for shifts, and lifting up to 20 lbs. You will work in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Customer service experience dealing directly with customers
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests
- Use of stairs and elevators
- Ability to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
