Direct servers to tables, resolve guest issues diplomatically, and answer all telephone calls using proper etiquette. Maintain daily knowledge of room counts, special events, and banquet schedules for your assigned outlet. Handle cash transactions by entering orders, collecting payment, and completing end-of-shift balancing while adhering to money handling policies. Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, trash removal, and floor maintenance. Serve food and beverage per F&B standards and may assist with simple food preparation tasks.
