Restaurant Host/ Hostess

Welcome guests upon arrival with cordial reception and promptly escort them to a dining table. Verify reservations before seating guests and handle initial guest complaints by notifying the Supervisor for resolution. Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards while collaborating with Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, and Supervisors to ensure an efficient operation. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to quickly confirm and input guest reservations into the system.
