Job Summary
Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner; seat guests in a timely fashion; inform guests of current specials, new menu items and promotions; manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to set guest expectations; thank guests and invite them to return; assist other team members as needed; adhere to safety and sanitation policies. Eligible candidates enjoy flexible hours with overtime available, a non-corporate, family-type environment, and opportunities for shift supervision and management advancement; must be able to engage with guests and coworkers in a positive, outgoing manner and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
