Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, manage seating arrangements and wait lists efficiently, and escort guests to tables while providing menus. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby areas, communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management regarding table availability and guest flow, and answer guest questions regarding menus, restaurant hours, and hotel amenities. Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries professionally while assisting with guest requests to ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain a friendly and professional appearance at all times. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
