Greet guests properly, seat them promptly, and reduce waitlists efficiently. Assist with table preparations, including setting silverware, bussing, and resetting tables, while maintaining general organization and cleanliness. Operate the POS computer system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions accurately. Respond calmly and kindly to guest complaints while standing or walking for long periods of 6-8 hours. Required Qualifications
