Job Summary
Control the flow of seating in the restaurant while maximizing covers without compromising service. Recognize repeat guests and anticipate their needs, setting realistic expectations regarding wait times to ease frustrations. Maintain composure under pressure with quickly changing priorities and learn the reservation system to work comfortably with restaurant technology. Possess a genuine love of hospitality and excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish being a plus. Must be local with availability to work 3-4 nights per week, including weekends. Prior experience as a restaurant host, cashier, or other service position is preferred.
