Job Summary
Create a warm, positive front-of-house environment and select friendly, talented co-workers to drive profitable operations. Lead human and financial resources in the Front-of-the-House to ensure food quality, production, safety, and labor standards are met, particularly in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager. Build a dining experience that encourages long-term guest loyalty while maintaining affordable pricing. Required Qualifications
- Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
