Job Summary
Create a warm, positive front-of-house environment and select talented co-workers to drive profitability. Lead human and financial resources in the dining area to ensure guests become loyal customers, while overseeing food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager. Maintain a spirit of hospitality that makes pleasurable dining affordable. This role requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality
- Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
