Job Summary
Seating guests in a timely manner while taking reservations online or over the phone, and conducting table visits to monitor dining room flow. Greet patrons at resort dining facilities, assist leadership with table arrangements, and resolve customer issues as necessary. Inspect serving stations for cleanliness, update menus, and roll silverware when business demands. Thank guests upon exit and welcome their return. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards. Attend required meetings and trainings. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to keep open and effective communication with FOH, BOH, guests, and members
- Accept dining reservations online or over the phone
- Resolves any customer issues as necessary
- Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Checks menus to ensure that they are cleaned and updated
- Assist wait staff in the rolling of silverware
- Conclude the guest's experience by thanking them for their visit and welcoming their return upon exit
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards
