Restaurant General Manager

Direct overall restaurant management by directing staff to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Oversee training programs, manage inventory and money control systems, and lead local marketing initiatives to promote sales. Maintain business records while delivering exceptional customer service. Work any area of the restaurant as needed, operating a Point of Sale system and performing physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking the entire shift. Lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
