Restaurant General Manager

Lead a multi-talented team and oversee all people and operations for your Wendy's restaurant in York, UK. You and your team treat customers like family, drive great food and service, and continually improve shifts. You will recruit, train, and develop Managers and Crew Members, promoting a fun, energizing work environment, and work with HR to manage employee concerns at the restaurant level. You’ll focus on increasing store sales with a knack for improving profitability, and you must be willing to travel to other locations as needed.
