Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager role overseeing Vanderpump at Paris LV in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, resolving service deficiencies, using tools like Avero to analyze business trends and employee performance, collaborating with the F&B Operations Director to maximize revenue and manage costs, ensuring Health Department compliance and maintaining an A rating, boosting morale through leadership and coaching, conducting QIT/CIPs/EOS/SFS sessions, enforcing policies and service sequences, and handling additional duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Director. Must exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills, supervise staff, be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, and have 5+ years of high-volume F&B experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience; requires neat, professional appearance and reliability, and ability to interact with guests and staff in English; knowledge of POS systems (Micros, InfoGenesis) and general PC software is expected.
