Job Summary
Lead all store operations at a fast-paced, drive-thru focused Salad and Go location in Tucson. Drive guest experiences through welcoming service, ensure quality and safety, manage labor and performance metrics, and develop a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities include building made-to-order salads, delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, overseeing daily operations, training and coaching staff, and driving growth opportunities. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, schedule optimization, and adherence to food safety and quality standards within a community-focused brand with local outreach initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work minimum of 40 hours per week; including weekends
- 3+ years of previous restaurant/general manager experience; drive-thru experience preferred
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
- Must be 18 years or older
