Job Summary
Drive store business goals by achieving Food, Service, and Cleanliness standards, customer voice targets via Google and Qualtric, sales and profit objectives, and people leadership outcomes. Manage store operations administration including adherence to legal requirements, financial analysis of profit and loss statements, and business planning presentations. Lead team development, motivation, and discipline while maintaining high morale. Requires at least three years of experience in Chinese casual dining, full knowledge of PNL/financials, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time role with varying schedules including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least High School education
- At least 3 years solid experience as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining restaurants
- Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation
- High energy level
- Must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented

- Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
