Drive store business goals by achieving Food, Service, and Cleanliness standards, customer voice targets via Google and Qualtric, sales, and profit objectives. Lead people through learning, development, motivation, and discipline to maintain high morale and engagement. Manage store operations administration, ensuring adherence to operating systems, legal requirements, and financial analysis of profit and loss statements while delivering business planning reports. Requires at least three years of experience in Chinese casual dining and proficiency in MS Office. Required Qualifications
- Completed at least High School education
- At least 3 years solid experience as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining restaurants
- Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials
- Full knowledge of Quality Standards Implementation
- Must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented

- Adaptable
- Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
