Job Summary
Lead store operations by providing leadership, training, and consistent decision-making while recruiting dedicated staff and driving sales and profits. Manage daily tasks including staff supervision and operational oversight to ensure store success. This full-time role offers a salary of $55,000 to $70,000 yearly with quarterly bonuses, vacation, sick time, health and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401K with company match. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess at least two years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check. As a franchisee of Taco Bell, KC Bell Inc. sets its own wage and benefit programs.
