Job Summary
Take ownership in the operations of the store by providing leadership, training and consistent decision-making skills while taking the initiative to recruit dedicated staff and generate increased sales/profit at the store. Franchise relationship: KC Bell Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee (independent from Taco Bell Corp). Positions are full-time with benefits including quarterly bonus, vacation, sick time, health & dental insurance, life insurance, and 401K with company match. Location: Trenton, Missouri (US). Preferred internal promotion. Must be 21+, able to pass background check, and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation
