Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a Taco Bell franchisee, closely coordinating with Assistant and Shift Managers to ensure staff are hired, trained, and perform duties effectively. Drive performance reviews, manage P&L and financials, maintain product quality and exceptional customer service, enforce cash/security/labor policies, address HR issues through disciplinary actions when needed, and uphold a safe, welcoming workplace. Apply an ownership mindset to restaurant management, ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting to the home office, and lead the team to deliver high standards of service and operations.
