Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager leads the TEAM, sets the tone for customer hospitality, and oversees operation of the entire Taco Bell restaurant. Responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, creating and implementing training plans, scheduling and deploying staff, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of people development; college degree preferred and 21+ years old with reliable transportation. Salary range provided; location in Santa Monica, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience
- basic PC literacy
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand/walk for 80% of shift
- pass background check
